Job Description:           Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Review and approve operational procedures, policies, and standards. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revising objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Play the lead role in the proactive management of positive relationships with customers. Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and oversee implementation activities. Conduct performance evaluation of senior management. Lead company planning and policy-making committees. Develop and enact local strategies. Create and implement business plans to grow the business to agreed targets specifically in the areas of organic, introduction of second brand or extension of existing brand, and increasing distribution. Have full Profits & Loss responsibility with a focus on Sales, Contribution margin, Expenses, EBIT, and NPBT. Manage full working capital and balance sheet. Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure operational effectiveness and target achievement.

 

Job Requirements:       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or foreign equivalent), and 6 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.

 

Special Requirements: Requires 6 years of experience in: 1) business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; 2) principles and processes for customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction; 3) economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data; and 4) principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
