Return Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Baratza has a 30-day return window for any product you purchase direct from Baratza. Please call on 1300 513 540 to get information to process the refund or exchange. If you purchased a Baratza Grinder from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about the refund or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please call on 1300 513 540 for the cancellation. If we receive the cancellation before the order is shipped we will either void the charge or refund the entire charge. If the order has been shipped we will refund the charge minus the shipping once the product is returned to our facility in Sydney. We will make every effort to get the product returned before delivery. If the product is delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to return it to Baratza.
