BARATZA “FAST TRACK” PROGRAM TERMS

The following information constitutes the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Fast Track Program ("Program"). Your participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. To participate in the Program, you must comply with these Terms, including all eligibility requirements and eligibility requirements set forth in this document. Purchase a Participating Product and register it. Then you can purchase coffee at a 20% discount on the then-current price over beanz.com/nl until the cumulative discount amount has been reached in the "Participating Products and Discount Cap" overview under the specified limit ("Cap").

The Program is operated by Baratza and Sage Appliances GmbH, Campus Fichtenhain 48, 47807 Krefeld ("Baratza"). Purchase any participating Baratza product from March 30, 2026 and then you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to register ("Program Period").

HOW IT WORKS

You must purchase your Participating Product through baratza.com/nl-nl or from an authorized Netherlands reseller. Once you register within 30 days of your purchase date, the 20% discount applies to orders placed with beanz.com/nl. Subscription orders at beanz.com/nl include free shipping and flexible delivery plans. You can start, end, or change subscriptions at any time on beanz.com/nl by going to your account.

If you purchase a participating product from an authorized retailer on or after March 30, 2026, please keep your original proof of purchase.

Visit the website https://www.baratza.com/nl-nl/program/fast-track within 30 days of purchase. From there, you can create a Baratza account and register your participating product. You will be asked to upload a copy of your proof of purchase and provide the necessary information for shipping. Once you have completed the process, you will receive an email confirming your registration. You should then hear from us within 5 days to confirm your consent.

After approval, you will receive a 20% discount on your purchases at beanz.com/nl, whether you choose to subscribe or place individual orders. To receive your discount on beanz.com/nl, you must be logged in with the same email address used to register your participating product, and your discount will be automatically deducted at checkout. In your Baratza account, you can also track the process, view your transaction history, and more.

There is no obligation to purchase anything from beanz.com/nl or otherwise participate in the program.

If you received the participating product as a gift, you can register with either an original proof of purchase or a gift receipt. Please note that only one (1) registration per product is permitted.

If you are already a customer of beanz.com with an active coffee subscription and have successfully registered your participating product, the 20% discount will be automatically applied to future orders, whether as a subscription or otherwise. It is important that you use the same email address that is already on file with beanz.com when registering your participating product if you want the discount to be automatically applied to these subscription orders.

Participants, except those who have purchased grinders, have a period ("Purchase Period") of 24 months from the date of receipt of the confirmation email to place orders with beanz.com where they benefit from the 20% discount, subject to the cap.

Coffee prices are subject to change without notice. Your 20% discount will be applied to the then-current full retail price displayed on beanz.com/nl. For the avoidance of doubt, if the coffee you choose has a special offer with a 10% discount, you will receive a 20% discount on the full regular retail price, not the special offer price.

For subscription orders or one-time orders of €20or more (before discount and taxes), shipping is free. One-time orders under €20will incur standard shipping costs.

If you purchase more than one Participating Product, you may enroll any Product in the Program, subject to the following terms:

o If your second (and subsequent purchase, if applicable) is made during the purchase period of the first Participating Product, the cap applicable to your coffee bean purchases will be equal to the sum of each cap of the Participating Products. Your purchase period will be measured from the date of your last purchase or the expiration of your original purchase period, whichever is longer.

o If your second (and subsequent purchase, if applicable) is made after the end of the purchase period of the original product, the applicable cap and purchase period will be independent of the original purchase. Both the cap and the purchase period are the ones that are determined for the second purchase.

ELIGIBILITY. The following conditions apply to participation in the program:

You must currently live in the Netherlands and have a postal address in the Netherlands.

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must purchase your Participating Product through https://www.baratza.com/nl-nl or from an authorized Netherlands reseller.

You must be the end user of the participating product. This means that you must purchase the Participating Product for your own use and not for commercial purposes, resale, redelivery, rental or other indirect use. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Participating Product is gifted to an otherwise eligible End User, either the Gifter or the Recipient may participate in the Program, but not both.

PROCEDURE AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Your participation in the Program will automatically end at the end of the Purchase Period or when you reach your cap, whichever comes first.

Although we invite you to continue to purchase coffee beans from beanz.com, the program discount will end at the end of the Purchase Period, regardless of whether you have reached your cap or not. If at any time you violate these Terms and Conditions, your participation in the Program will end and you will not be eligible for any further discounts.

This program may no longer be available in the future. Baratza reserves the right to terminate the program or change the terms at any time for the future. Entrants who have already registered will retain their entitlements in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at the time of their registration. Baratza may exclude a Participant from the Program for cause, including but not limited to cases of fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

INVALID CLAIMS

If Baratza determines, in its sole discretion, that your eligibility to participate in the Program is invalid, you will be notified of the reason for such determination at the email address you have provided ("Invalid Claim Notification"). You have until midnight on the 14th calendar day following the sending of the invalidity email to submit the documents described in the invalidity email to prove the validity of your claim.

Baratza may at any time verify the validity of a participation in the Program and a participant in the Program (including identity, age and residence and proof of purchase) and may disqualify any Participant who does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or manipulate the operation of the Program. All decisions made by Baratza are final and non-negotiable.

The fact that Baratza does not exercise any of its rights at any time shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. Baratza reserves the right to request and inspect original proof of purchase, to verify any claims relating to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and to request missing proof of purchase. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible proof of purchase will be considered invalid.

You are responsible for ensuring that the correct contact email address and other information is provided in accordance with the requirements set out in this document and that Baratza is notified of any changes. Baratza is not responsible if you fail to provide us with accurate information or changes to that information in accordance with the requirements set out in this document, or if you otherwise provide incorrect information.

Any information you provide to us that is false, misleading or fraudulent will not be processed. Baratza may disqualify from participating in the Program any person who fails to meet the eligibility requirements, violates or attempts to violate the Program Terms, provides false information about themselves, or uses unfair means. In the event of a reason for exclusion, Baratza shall be entitled to the full benefit of such exclusion.

DATA PROTECTION

Baratza and its agents collect personal information for the purpose of administering this program and may share such information with third parties for this purpose, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, bid suppliers, shipping service providers, and, if necessary, regulatory authorities inside and outside of the Netherlands. The validity of your participation in this program is dependent on you providing such personal information. Baratza and its agents will use your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Baratza's Privacy Policy is deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and by participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by its terms. GENERAL

You may not participate in the Program on behalf of any other person. Your participation in the Program may not be transferred or resold and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. This program cannot be combined with any other offer unless the other offer contains an express provision to the contrary.

If a participating product is returned, your participation in the program will be terminated immediately without further notice. This program is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Baratza webshop. In the event of any conflicting terms, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

All costs (including incidental expenses such as insurance), expenses and taxes associated with this program are borne by you. You agree to pay all shipping and handling fees displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, amend, or eliminate shipping and handling fees from time to time, but we will notify you of the applicable fees prior to your purchase. Baratza does not guarantee the availability of its web services and will not be liable for any service interruptions that may affect your participation in this program.

Subject to these conditions, Baratza shall be fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as for damage to life, limb or health. In the event of simple negligence, we are only liable if we violate a material contractual obligation ("cardinal obligation"). These are obligations that are fundamental to the contract. In such cases, our liability is limited to damages that are typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability beyond the above cases is excluded. Mandatory liability prescribed by law, such as under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant legal provisions then apply.

This program is subject to the laws of the Netherlands. Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

The "Participating Product" and the associated discount cap ("Cap") are set out in the table below.

"Participating Merchant" means retailers who have been authorized by Baratza to participate in the Program. This program does not apply to purchases from unauthorized resellers (including those who sell stolen or otherwise unlawfully acquired products).

"Proof of purchase" is generally understood to be a receipt that clearly confirms a purchase as follows:

If purchased through a retailer: a receipt indicating which retailer the product was purchased from and is not trimmed/edited in any way.

If purchased from a retailer using a credit service: a proof of purchase indicating from which retailer the product was purchased and which is not pruned/edited in any way.

"Purchase(s)" means either the full payment of a Participating Product during the Program Period or the successful and valid purchase of a Participating Product by entering into a definitive and binding financing agreement with Baratza or a Participating Merchant in respect of a Participating Product during the Program Period.
