Cancellation, Warranty, Returns,  and Support

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to sales@baratza.com. If we receive the cancellation before the order is shipped we will either void the charge or refund the entire charge. If the order has been shipped we will refund the charge minus the shipping once the product is returned to Bellevue. We will make every effort to get the product returned before delivery. If the product is delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to return it to Baratza.

Limited Warranty:

For Baratza products purchased and used only within the US and Canada, Baratza LLC warrants them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Refurbished grinders purchased and used only within the US are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to: improper use, lack of cleaning, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of proper adjustment, foreign objects (stones, screws, etc.) in the beans, uses outside of the intended use of grinding whole roasted coffee beans (i.e. unroasted beans, spices, re-grinding coffee, etc. are not covered.)

Within the United States or Canada: if your grinder fails within one year of date of purchase, simply e-mail us at support@baratza.com or call 425-641-1245. Please have the following information prior to contacting Baratza: 1) Proof of date of purchase. 2) Model and serial number (located on bottom of the grinder Baratza will contact you to determine the problem, and see if it can be fixed quickly and easily. If the problem cannot be solved via e-mail or phone and the problem is determined by Baratza to be a Warranty issue, then Baratza will deliver an identical or comparable replacement to your door, free of charge, and arrange to have your "failed" grinder returned to us. When you receive your replacement grinder, use the carton and packing material and shipping label to return your "failed" grinder by dropping it off at any UPS pickup location. Please include your name, phone number and address inside the box.

Outside of US or Canada: Grinders that are purchased in the US or Canada, and shipped or taken out of the country have a one year warranty for parts only. If your grinder fails within one year of date of purchase, simply e-mail us at support@baratza.com or call 425-641-1245. Please have the following information prior to contacting Baratza: 1) Proof of date of purchase. 2) Model and serial number (located on bottom of the grinder) Baratza will contact you to determine the problem, and see if it can be fixed quickly and easily. The customer is responsible for paying the freight charges and any duties for replacement parts that Baratza may send. Customer is also responsible to provide any labor required to repair their grinder.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Baratza offers a 30-day Money Back guarantee on any product you purchase direct from Baratza. Please e-mail support@baratza.com to get information to process the refund or exchange. If you purchased a Baratza Grinder from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about the refund or exchange.
